insight training

We offer two programs based on complementary modalities emphasizing different skills and focusing on different transformative outcomes. While many people will pick the modality that best suits their own preferences, those individuals who are able to complete both programs will achieve a truly integrated transformative awakening. We believe that this level of integration is necessary to develop individuals who can lead the world to a future in which people flourish on a thriving planet. This makes our training unique.

The Insight Training is designed for deep embodied transformative practices based on insight dialogue, reflexive awareness, and state training that emphasizes liberation, freedom, and intimacy.

The Mastery Program offers a rigorous training in meta-cognitive skills, including intellectual clarity, awakened perception, and wisdom skills that emphasize agency, power, and sovereignty.

We also offer a subscription based membership which gives members full access to our media library, a community news hub, discounts on courses and retreats, and regular sessions of insight dialgoue.

Awakening is a multi-modal transformation of the human condition.

Most of the spiritual programs today, including those based on ancient lineages, focus only on one half of the human condition. The more masculine, Yang path was commonly emphasized in the premodern world religious traditions, and became central to modern theosophy and western Buddhism. More recently, in the post-modern era, there has been a necessary correction which gave rise to popular approaches based on more feminine, Yin practices and teachings. This, however, is itself becoming unbalanced as we see the denigration of the spiritual skills typically associated with Yang training. This is a distortion of the human condition and a gross misunderstanding of awakening.

Consider as just one example, the notion of embodiment which has been captured by certain movements as a specifically Yin approach. And yet, the martial arts and Daoist movement schools are also examples of deep embodiment, often attributed to Yang styles. In truth, we need both, and a truly integrated awakening means understanding, appreciating and being skillful across both modalities, leading to a greater integration and a more complete transformation.
